Joel Vaisman

DIRECTOR OF SUSTAINABILITY AND PUBLIC DEBT ANALYSIS

Joel Vaisman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires, an MBA from the University of CEMA, a Master’s degree in Finance from the Torcuato Di Tella University, a degree in Journalism (TEA) and an FMVA(r) from the Corporate Finance Institute.

In the academic field, both at undergraduate and graduate level, he is an Associate Professor at the University of CEMA and at the Argentine Business University (UADE). He is also a Regular Adjunct Professor at the School of Economics of the University of Buenos Aires, and an Adjunct Professor at the Department of Economics and Finance of the Catholic University of Argentina. He teaches Microeconomics I, Financial Calculus, Fixed Income Instruments Analysis, Financial Theory of Valuation I, Corporate Finance, and Advanced Finance. At the Austral University he is a professor of the Budget and Debt module of the Master’s in Administrative Law. He has also taught at the National Technological University, the University of Belgrano, and the University of Morón.

In the public sector, he has served as Director of Human Resources at the National Communications Entity and has advised the Honorable Senate of the Nation on projects and issues related to Public Debt and Federal Tax Sharing. He has also been an editor and columnist for El Economista and has published articles in several newspapers.
