Carlos Guberman

DIRECTOR OF FISCAL AND TAX ANALYSIS

Carlos Guberman holds a degree in Economics from the National University of Rosario and obtained a master’s degree and a doctorate (PhD) in Economics from the UCEMA.

Among the positions he held in recent years, the following stand out: Director of Administration and Finance of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Public Works, and Housing of Argentina; advisor to the Presidency of the Central Bank of Argentina, where he also worked in Macroeconomic Analysis; advisor on budgetary and financial issues to the Argentine National Congress, and UNDP consultant in the National Directorate of Public Investment of the Argentine Ministry of Economy.
